Welcome to ExpatStays, a premium short-term rental platform connecting travelers with exceptional properties across Pakistan. By using our platform and requesting reservations, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All reservations made through ExpatStays are request-based and require confirmation via WhatsApp. No booking is final until confirmed by our team.

Reservation Terms

Reservation Process

• Reservation requests are sent via WhatsApp for verification and confirmation
• Availability is subject to real-time confirmation by property hosts
• No reservation is guaranteed until you receive official confirmation from ExpatStays
• You must provide accurate check-in, check-out dates, and guest information

Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM (noon)
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and property availability
• Guests must adhere to the property's specific house rules and policies

Payments & Pricing

• No charge at reservation request: You will not be charged when submitting a reservation request
• Final pricing, including any service fees, will be confirmed via WhatsApp after availability verification
• Payment methods and schedules will be communicated separately by our team
• Prices displayed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and per night unless stated otherwise
• Additional charges may apply for extra guests, extended stays, or special requests

Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation policies vary by property and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Generally:

• Cancellations must be requested via WhatsApp or official ExpatStays channels
• Refund eligibility depends on the specific property's cancellation policy
• Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may incur additional fees
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in penalties as per property policy

Property Use & Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

• Treat the property with respect and care as if it were their own
• Follow all house rules and guidelines provided by the property host
• Not exceed the maximum number of guests stated in the reservation
• Not engage in illegal activities, smoking (unless permitted), or excessive noise
• Report any damages or issues to ExpatStays immediately
• Respect neighbors and the surrounding community

Violation of these terms may result in immediate eviction without refund and potential legal action.

Liability & Disclaimer

ExpatStays acts as a booking facilitator connecting guests with property hosts. As such:

• We do not own, manage, or control the listed properties
• Property descriptions and photos are provided by hosts and believed to be accurate but not guaranteed
• ExpatStays is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience during your stay
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and safety
• We recommend guests review property details carefully before booking

Privacy & Data Usage

Your privacy is important to us. When you use ExpatStays:

• We collect basic information necessary to process your reservation (name, contact details, dates)
• Your information is shared with property hosts only as needed for your booking
• By submitting a reservation, you consent to communication via WhatsApp
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
• Your data is stored securely and used only for booking-related purposes

Intellectual Property

All content on the ExpatStays website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ExpatStays or its content providers and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ExpatStays services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

ExpatStays reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
